I was playing around with application of paint. In this piece, I used mostly a rag and ran it under water. All of a sudden, I saw and felt the look of my recent trip to Maui. This was the direction I wanted to take.
We went snorkeling daily in the crispest blue waters. There was an abundant array of tropical fish for viewing. The August sun was strong and it cast a great shimmer on the water.
Spending a week in Maui was an incredible experience. I can't wait to one day return.
